Ruined and desperate, Dr. Martin Kessler and Dr. Josephine Vanderhill have been illegally testing their controversial drug on humans, cloned from the DNA of his own daughter. They have brought on Psychologist Daniel Powell to monitor the mental well being of the girls and to handle the day to day operations. Daniel tries his best to keep the test subjects at arms length, but he becomes attached to the girls, all the while administering the very drug that is killing them. Eighteen years into the unethical testing, only four clones remain, and still no answers.
The unexpected death of Dr. Kessler spirals Dr. Vanderhill into a maddening urgency to finish her work. She targets the last placebo, Jenny, and convinces Daniel to administer the pills in life threateningly high doses. Now conflicted, and determined to do the right thing, Daniel goes head-to-head with the deranged Dr. Vanderhill to save the clones before it's too late.
