MonteCristo announced today the acquisition of the sailing Yacht SINCERITY and the
incorporation of an associated Company called MonteCristo International Charters LLP. MonteCristo plans to use the sailing yacht during the Cannes Film Market and for
other film related needs (locations), whole the associated Company will charter the Yacht to third parties.
